What info is required to rent a storage unit?
We need your name, phone number, date of birth, social security number, a copy of your driver’s license, your mailing and email addresses, and your deposit.
How do I make a reservation?
You can make reservations either online or or by visiting our on-site kiosk 24/7.
How do I make payments?
You can pay monthly online or pay on-site at our kiosk 24/7 with credit, debit, or cash.
What do I need to make an online account?
You need to know your phone number, e-mail, address, and unit number, which is given to you when you reserve one of our units.
Do you provide locks?
Yes, we provide a free lock with every reservation!
Who has access to my storage unit?
Only you and whoever else you allow.
Can I park or store my boat/RV/car/motorcycle?
Yes, we offer parking for cars, trucks, RVs, trailers, and boats indoors and outdoors.
Why temperature control?
Some units are temperature-controlled in order to protect stored belongings from extreme weather during the summer and winter months.
Are my belongings insured?
No, we do not insure personal property. You should talk it through with your personal insurance agent.
Can I just move out whenever I want?
No, you must notify us at least 3 days before the end of the term or renewal date. Make sure to remove all items and clean the inside of the unit. We will charge you extra if the unit is not cleaned.
Do you need good credit to rent?
No, you don’t, but it is a great way to establish good credit.
How old must one be to rent a storage unit?
You must be at least 18 years of age.
